FINANCE EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and verify supplier invoices and payment requests.
• Ensure all invoices are supported with proper documentation and approvals.
• Prepare and process payments (bank transfer, cheque, etc.).
• Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor payment schedules to ensure timely payments.
• Assist in monthly closing and financial reporting related to accounts payable.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of invoices and payment records.
• Communicate with suppliers regarding payment status and invoice issues.
• Support the Finance Department with other accounting duties when required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
