Company Overview:

Job Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting activities including AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, fixed assets, collections and employee expenses.
• Manage and reconcile intercompany transactions across multiple entities.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports and forecasts using SAP.
• Support budgeting activities, including data collection, cost allocation and budget submission.
• Assist with audit, tax and statutory reporting by preparing relevant documents and information.
• Prepare and update cash flow reports.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization and automation.
• Prepare and maintain work procedures and participate in system enhancement projects.
• Perform ad-hoc finance tasks and system testing as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma, Degree or Professional Qualification in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Experienced in commercial finance or shared services experience.
• Experienced in SAP Finance modules.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of OneStream is an added advantage.
• Good communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
