Finance Executive

We are looking for a Finance Executive with 1–3 years of relevant experience in finance/accounting and strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day finance and accounting activities.
• Maintain and verify financial records, invoices, vouchers and supporting documents.
• Assist with reconciliations, financial reports and routine finance operations.
• Prepare and maintain Excel-based reports, statements and financial records.
• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of finance-related tasks.
• Coordinate with internal teams for finance and documentation requirements.
• Maintain proper records and follow established financial processes.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in Finance/Accounting.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential.
• Good understanding of accounting and finance processes.
• Experience in Export-Import (EXIM) processes is preferred. Candidates without direct EXIM experience must have strong knowledge of Export-Import processes.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Immediate joiners are preferred. Candidates who can join within a maximum of 5 days may also be considered.

Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
