Finance Executive

Sales Accounting. Financial Reconciliation. Digital Finance Operations.

We are looking for a Finance Executive to support our day-to-day accounting and digital finance operations.

This role is responsible for operational accounting activities across sales invoice processing, accounts reconciliation, advertising spend tracking, tax calculations, commission validation and month-end closing. You will also support finance-related process improvements, system implementation and cross-functional initiatives.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Sales, AR & Reconciliation

• Record and process sales invoices across e-commerce platforms, including TikTok, Shopee and other relevant channels.
• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and perform related reconciliations.
• Reconcile promotional and free-item distributions.

Advertising Spend & Credit Card Management

• Update Daily Ads Spend Dashboards.
• Perform monthly credit card reconciliations.
• Prepare and post corresponding Journal Vouchers (JVs).

AP & General Ledger

• Maintain Accounts Payable (AP) ledgers.
• Update Fixed Asset Registers (FAR).
• Perform routine general ledger account maintenance.

Taxation, Compliance & Approvals

• Perform bi-monthly Withholding Tax (WHT) calculations and prepare supporting memos and Journal Vouchers.
• Validate Affiliate / Agent Commission (AFC) payouts.
• Prepare necessary supporting documentation and memo approvals.

Month-End & Year-End Closing

• Support month-end operational closing activities.
• Assist with audit readiness by preparing schedules, ledger extractions and required documentation for internal and external auditors.

Special Projects & Initiatives

• Support the implementation of new finance tools and payment systems.
• Participate in process automation projects and cross-departmental transformation initiatives.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in accounting or finance.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as AutoCount and ERP systems.
• Strong MS Excel and/or Google Sheets skills.
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
