We are expanding our Finance team to support financial reporting and operation including reconciliation, settlement, FX margin tracking, and regulatory reporting under the maker-checker-approver structure.

Job Descriptions:

• Perform daily operational accounting in settlement reconciliation report
• Assist in monitoring FOREX rates in buying and selling
• Monitor transaction flows, refunds and chargebacks
• Assist in preparing operational SOP's adheres to BNM regulations
• Assist in system/platform monitoring and testing to ensure accuracy of financial data
• Check transaction reports and highlight discrepancies or system issues
• Perform finance functions in accounts receivable, payable, general ledger, cash, and bank management.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly closing, quarterly and yearly management accounts and financial reports
• Liaise with banks, payment partners, auditors, tax agents and co-sec.
• Attend to auditors or tax agent queries in relation to annual audit and annual tax submission.
• Assist in performing general administration functions.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience - FinTech / IT is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office- Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
• Experienced in SQL Accounting software.
• Able to start work immediately.
• Analytical, good working attitude and able to work independently.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload and able to meet deadline.
