FINANCE EXECUTIVE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process daily invoices, verify accuracy of transaction numbers, and ensure all financial transactions are properly documented and recorded in the accounting system.
• Assist in performing monthly bank and account reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies between bank statements and internal records.
• Perform accurate data entry in HCS System and ensure proper documents are filed.
• Perform and keep track of all payments, sales and expenditures. Issue payment vouchers, transfer vouchers, receiving vouchers, invoices, debit and credit notes, statements, etc. on a monthly basis.
• Responsible for E-invoice preparation, validation and submission to LHDN, customers and suppliers (Domestic and International).
• Update Manufacturing Cost, Petty Cash Report, and Monthly Accounting Report.
• Liaise with customers and suppliers regarding orders, invoices, payments and receipts, and obtain relevant information.
• Work closely with the Procurement and Logistics teams.
• Update depreciation reports and manage fixed assets efficiently on a monthly basis.
• Assist tax agents and external auditors during Year End Financial Audit, ensuring all required documents are prepared and completed to the required standards.

AUTHORITY

• Develop Accounting & Finance Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) as required.
• Implement Accounting & Finance process improvements as required.
