Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• 2–4 years of experience in AR, collections, or finance operations

• Strong understanding of reconciliations and credit control processes

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; ERP system experience is a plus

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines

• Good communication skills to liaise with internal teams and customers

• Good written and spoken English communication skills are Mandatory

Note: Nagoya area residency preferred.

Job Descriptions :

• Manage customer accounts, including collections, claims, billing adjustments, and reconciliations
• Process sales return credit notes and handle monthly contra and clearance
• Prepare and issue credit/debit notes with proper approvals and documentation
• Prepare Statements of Account (monthly and ad hoc)
• Process customer rebates and maintain accrual schedules
• Allocate receipts and payments in coordination with internal teams
• Handle bank transactions, charges, and platform-based payments
• Forecast monthly collections for key accounts
• Maintain accurate records and proper documentation
• Support daily administrative and finance operations
