Finance Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounts and bookkeeping for KL-based operations
• Monitor and execute treasury and cash management operations
• Handle full set of accounts for non-active subsidiaries and manage year-end audits
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash movements
• Work closely with other branches for reporting and consolidation
• Prepare internal reports and schedules for management as needed
• Help maintain compliance-related financial records (e.g. audit trail, supporting documents)

Requirements

• 2–4 years’ experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a regulated or financial services environment.
• Able to handle full set of accounts, end-to-end understanding of GL and accounting flow
• Strong attention to detail, good with numbers, and comfortable with routine tasks
• Familiar with accounting software (e.g., SQL, Xero, QuickBooks, or similar)
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Trustworthy and discreet when handling financial and confidential information
