BTCM Consulting partners closely with this client to optimize performance and growth while maintaining high standards of service and compliance.

Role Description The Finance Executive will support day-to-day financial operations for BTCM Consulting’s client, Break Time Corner Market, and related business units. This full-time, on-site role is based in Karāchi and includes preparing, reviewing, and maintaining financial records and statements, assisting with monthly and annual closing, and ensuring timely financial reporting. The Finance Executive will monitor cash flows, reconcile accounts, and support tax-related activities, including Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliance. The role involves analyzing financial data to identify trends, variances, and risks, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and collaborating with operations and management teams to improve financial processes and controls. The Finance Executive will also help prepare documentation for audits and ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Finance knowledge with hands-on experience in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills, including data analysis, variance analysis, and interpretation of financial metrics.
• Candidates should possess understanding of Goods and Services Tax (GST) and related compliance and documentation requirements.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in accounting software, spreadsheets (e.g., Excel), and basic ERP or financial management systems.
• Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CA, CMA) are an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, integrity in handling financial data, and the ability to work on-site in Karāchi with cross-functional teams.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced retail and convenience store environment.
