Finance Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Executive to contribute to the efficiency of our accounting operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a full set of accounts, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and supporting the accounting team in key financial activities.

Key responsibilities

• Process and record financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger entries
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts on a regular basis
• Prepare quarterly GST filing
• Provide support to the accounting team in completing month-end and year-end closing activities
• Assist with the preparation of yearly financial statements
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve financial queries and issues
• Contribute to the implementation of improved accounting practices and procedures
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

About you

• Relevant post-secondary qualification in Accounting or Finance
• Ability to do full set of accounts will be advantageous
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar Accounts Assistant or Executive role
• Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical and analytical skills
• Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• On hybrid arrangement and come to Singapore as and when required
