- Support in preparation of budgets, forecasts, and monthly financial projections.
- Monitor IT and Digital spend against approved budgets and identify variances.
- Perform budget utilization analysis and provide actionable insights to management.
- Manage monthly provisions, accruals, prepaid expenses, and book closure activities.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership review.
- Support PR/PO tracking, budget control, and financial governance processes.
- Conduct variance analysis of Actuals vs Budget and Forecast.
- Coordinate with business teams, procurement, accounting, and vendors for financial reporting requirements.
- Ensure compliance with finance policies, controls, and audit requirements.
- Support cost optimization and productivity improvement initiative
