Finance Executive

What you'll be doing

-   Handle full set of accounts.

-   Manage the General Ledger, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables functions.

-   Perform monthly accounts closing activities and preparation of management reports.

-   GST filing and statutory reporting

-   Cashflows planning for operations

-   Assist in annual budgets building, monitoring and analysis

-   Able to communicate effectively with suppliers, customers and other external professional agents.

-   Participate in cross-department projects when required..

What we're looking for

-   Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.

-   Not fewer than 5 years of relevant working experience (F&B or retail industry experience is an advantage)

-   Familiar with handling full set accounts, GST filings and external coordination under minimal supervision.

-   Confident working with MS Office programs and a variety of accounting software.

-   Mature, responsible and able to work independently under minimal supervision.
