Finance Executive

About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Finance Executive to join our team at RR Group. This full-time position is based in the Tuas West Region and will play a crucial role in our business. As a Finance Executive, you will be responsible for a range of financial and administrative tasks that are essential to the smooth operation of our company.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and processing invoices, receipts, and other financial documents
• Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring timely reconciliation of accounts
• Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and analysis
• Providing support to the accounting team and collaborating with other departments as needed
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
• Handling customer queries and providing exceptional customer service
• Conducting regular reviews and audits to identify areas for improvement

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar Finance Executive or Accounting role
• Proficient in using accounting software and financial reporting tools
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements
