Finance Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting and finance activities.
• Pass and maintain general accounting entries in the accounting system/ERP.
• Maintain and update books of accounts and financial records.
• Prepare and verify invoices, vouchers, bills, debit notes, credit notes and other financial documents.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities.
• Perform bank, customer and vendor ledger reconciliation.
• Handle vendor/customer account reconciliation and follow-ups.
• Assist in preparation of MIS reports and financial statements.
• Handle accounting entries and documentation related to Import & Export transactions.
• Coordinate with internal departments for accounting and finance-related requirements.
• Ensure proper documentation, filing and maintenance of financial records.
• Support GST, TDS and other statutory compliance activities.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Verify financial documents and ensure accuracy of accounting records.
• Coordinate with vendors, customers and other stakeholders regarding account-related queries.
• Perform other finance and accounting activities as assigned by management.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of Accounting and Finance processes.
• Strong understanding of general accounting entries.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software/ERP.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS and basic statutory compliance.
• Exposure to Import & Export accounting/documentation will be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Experience in bank and ledger reconciliation.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
