Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Executive to manage day-to-day finance activities, including domestic and international invoicing, accounts receivable, payment follow-ups, reconciliation, and coordination with internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and process domestic and international invoices accurately and on time.
• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and follow up with clients for outstanding payments.
• Handle domestic and international payment follow-ups and maintain payment records.
• Coordinate with the Sales team regarding invoices, collections, payment status, and client requirements.
• Prepare and maintain sales, expense, billing, and collection reports.
• Verify invoice details, client information, supporting documents, and payment records.
• Handle billing-related queries and discrepancies raised by clients.
• Maintain proper records of invoices, payments, expenses, and financial transactions.
• Perform regular bank and account reconciliations.
• Track outstanding invoices and maintain an updated receivables/collection tracker.
• Assist in preparing monthly finance reports and MIS.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams for timely resolution of payment and billing issues.
• Ensure all finance-related records and documentation are maintained accurately.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of invoicing and Accounts Receivable.
• Experience handling domestic and international invoices.
• Understanding of payment follow-ups and collection processes.
• Basic knowledge of international payments and foreign currency transactions.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualification

B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in IT/Software or Service-based companies will be preferred.
