Key responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting activities, including payments, collections, invoicing, claims, and cash flow monitoring.
• Assist in preparing management accounts, financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, receivables, and financial performance.
• Assist with SST, taxation, audits, and other statutory requirements.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and other relevant parties when required.

About you

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant working experience will be an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and statutory requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with AutoCount or similar accounting software is advantageous.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
