Finance Executive

·       Responsible for managing and controlling all finance related operations of the company.

·       Conducting financial analysis and preparing periodic financial reports of the company.

·       Prepare, compute, manage and analyze all accounting data, in order to provide quantitative information on performance, financial position, solvency, liquidity and cash flows of our business.

·       Ensure tax, legal and regulatory compliance for all accounting and financial reporting functions of the company.

·       Provide leadership and coaching to lead, develop and strengthen the internal control of the company.

·       Prepare monthly, quarterly, yearly financial statements, tax reports, payroll and etc.

·       Manage, review, analyze and coordinate the submission of the monthly reports to the stakeholders of the company.

·       Prepare, assist and review the preparation of the company’s annual business plans, budget.

·       To assist in tax planning and financing strategies of the company.

·       To work with auditors, banks, tax authority and other regulators and ensure legal and regulatory compliance of the company.

·       Handle corporate related tax matters.

·       Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances.

·       Additional controllers’ duties as necessary.

Job Requirement:

• Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or professional certification in ACCA/ CIMA/ CFA
• At least 2 years of experiences and above in Finance Management
• Analytical, resourceful, organized, meticulous, responsible, problem solving skill, excellent communication skill
• Detail-oriented and strong interpersonal skill
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and accounting software(SAP)
• Mandarin is compulsory, as you will have to deal with HQ in China.
