We are actively looking for CA Dropouts / CA Inter candidates with hands-on experience in Finance Closing / R2R / General Accounting to join our team.

Ideal Candidate

CA Dropouts / CA Inter candidates with:

• 2-3 years of experience in Finance Closing / R2R
• Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles & Ind AS
• Hands-on experience in Month-End & Year-End Closing
• Good understanding of Journal Entries & Account Reconciliations
• Experience in Variance Analysis & Financial Reporting
• Working knowledge of SAP / ERP
• Strong command of Advanced Excel

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Month-End & Year-End Financial Closing activities.
• Prepare and post Journal Entries.
• Perform Account / Balance Sheet Reconciliations.
• Conduct Variance Analysis and investigate deviations.
• Support Financial Statement Finalization.
• Ensure adherence to Accounting Standards & Ind AS.
• Work on SAP and Advanced Excel for finance processes.

Qualification

• Graduate / Post Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• CA Dropouts / CA Inter candidates are strongly preferred.
