Responsibilities

• Maintain and update financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Manage accounts payable processes, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and reconciliation.
• Prepare financial reports, statements, and summaries to support management’s decision-making.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Monitor cash flow, track expenses, and support budgeting activities to optimize financial performance.
• Collaborate with auditors during audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Support the implementation and improvement of accounting procedures to enhance efficiency.

Skills

• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and financial reconciliation techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to analyze financial data accurately.
