Finance Executive

Manufacturing experience is must;

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements.

• File and prepare sales tax returns.

• Manage withholding tax, including filing and compliance.

• Perform bank reconciliation and oversee ledger management.

• Process payroll, including income tax and statutory deductions (EOBI, SESSI, etc.).

• Review and verify financial reports.

• Maintain records for yield analysis and cost evaluations.

• Assist with SECP filings and compliance documentation.

• Coordinate with internal departments for financial data and audit support.

• Manage goods receipt notes (GRN), purchase invoices, and purchase orders (P.O.).

• Handle sales tax invoices along with FBR integration.

• Create PSID and CPR accurately.

• Reconcile customer and vendor ledgers.

• Process inventory, including reports and stocktaking.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.

• Strong knowledge of taxation, financial reporting, and accounting.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Odoo/ERP preferred).

• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
