What they need
Job Purpose: Support day-to-day Finance & Accounts operations with focus on Accounts Payable, P2P, reconciliations, GST, General Ledger and month-end activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle Accounts Payable and P2P activities.
- Process PO and Non-PO invoices.
- Perform 2-way and 3-way matching.
- Manage vendor ledger reconciliation.
- Perform bank reconciliation.
- Support General Ledger activities.
- Support GST and taxation activities.
- Support fixed asset accounting.
- Assist in month-end closing.
- Prepare MIS, AP reports and reconciliation statements.
Required Skills: Accounts Payable/P2P; invoice processing; GST; bank/vendor reconciliation; MS Excel; ERP/accounting systems.
