Finance Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-set accounts and prepare monthly/yearly financial statements and management reports.
• Handle daily bookkeeping, invoices, payments, and accruals to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure financial reporting complies with accounting standards (e.g., MFRS) and complete monthly/yearly closing on time.
• Assist in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Manage tax computation and filing to ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
• Support financial data analysis to facilitate management decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is preferred.
• 2-5 years of relevant finance or accounting experience (experience in manufacturing or FMCG is a plus).
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Autocount, SQL) and Excel.
• Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, with good teamwork spirit.
• Language: Proficiency in reading and writing Mandarin (for Chinese financial documents and reporting) is required; English communication skills are also needed.
