Finance Executive

Manage the end-to-end finance and accounting processes

• In-depth understanding of Pension Scheme accounting, financial reporting and month end close activities
• Review of various Financial Controls Reports and assist in analysis of discrepancies
• Processing of financial accounting transactions into the general ledger, including collecting, recording, verifying and reconciling financial data
• Deliver month/quarter/year-end close activities to agreed timelines, ensure accuracy of trial balance and sub-ledger linkages.
• Monitor general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
• Manage the bank reconciliation, control and suspense accounts to ensure the accounting system reflects the correct transactions
• Drive various improvement initiatives and projects
• Manage relationships with banking partner and other banking service providers
• Ability to work with multiple teams
• Prepare audit schedules, explanations, and supporting documentation
• Ensure timely closure of audit queries and implementation of audit recommendations
