Finance Executive

About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and commercially minded Business Finance Analyst Pricing to join our finance team. This role sits at the intersection of finance, sales, and delivery, and is responsible for driving pricing decisions, protecting margins, and providing financial insight that supports the organization's growth and profitability goals. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Deal Pricing & Structuring • Own end-to-end pricing for new deals, renewals, and change requests, ensuring commercial viability and alignment with organizational margin targets. • Build and maintain pricing models, rate cards, and deal economics to support bid and proposal teams. • Evaluate pricing scenarios, discounting requests, and contract structures, and provide recommendations to leadership. Client Profitability Analysis • Conduct account/client-level profitability analysis to identify margin leakage, cost drivers, and improvement opportunities. • Track actuals vs. deal-case economics and flag variances to relevant stakeholders. • Partner with delivery teams to understand cost structures and their impact on client-level margins. Revenue Forecasting • Prepare and maintain rolling quarterly revenue forecasts in coordination with Sales, Delivery, and FP&A teams. • Analyze forecast variances against actuals and prior forecasts, providing commentary on key drivers. • Support monthly/quarterly business reviews with accurate, timely revenue and margin data. Margin Improvement Initiatives • Collaborate regularly with Sales and Delivery leadership to identify and drive margin improvement initiatives. • Analyze levers such as pricing, resource mix, utilization, and cost optimization to improve profitability. • Track initiative progress and report outcomes to finance and business leadership. Ad Hoc & Organizational Initiatives • Support organization-wide finance initiatives such as process standardization, pricing governance, and reporting automation. • Prepare ad hoc analyses and presentations for leadership as required. • Contribute to continuous improvement of pricing tools, templates, and processes. ________________________________________ Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Finance, CA / MBA • 34 years of experience in business finance, FP&A, deal pricing, or a related commercial finance role. • Strong proficiency in Excel • Working knowledge of pricing frameworks, deal economics, and profitability analysis. • Experience with forecasting processes and variance analysis. • Prior exposure to a services/IT/consulting environment is an advantage. ________________________________________ Key Skills & Competencies • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills. • Ability to translate data into actionable business insights. • Excellent stakeholder management skills; comfortable working with Sales, Delivery, and Leadership teams. • Strong communication and presentation skills. • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. • Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with comfort operating in ambiguity. ________________________________________ What We Offer • Opportunity to work closely with senior leadership on high-impact, organization-wide initiatives. • Exposure to end-to-end commercial finance — from deal pricing to profitability and forecasting. • A collaborative environment with cross-functional visibility into Sales and Delivery operations.
