About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our Finance team with a focus on Management Information Systems (MIS). In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in preparing accurate, timely, and insightful P&L for the month. In this role, you will help prepare, review, and circulate regular management reports, ensure data accuracy, and support the finance team with day-to-day reporting and reconciliation activities.

What you’ll do

• Update and maintain reporting templates and dashboards in Excel
• Collect and consolidate data from accounting software (Tally/SAP/ERP), sales, and operations teams
• Reconcile MIS figures with books of accounts and flag any mismatches
• Maintain accuracy and consistency of data across reports
• Support month-end closing activities such as accruals and provisions.
• Provide supporting documents for internal and statutory audits.
• Accounting and reconciliation of marketplaces sales data as per MIS and as per SAP.
• Verification of provision vs actual booking mapping the correct GL with the accounting team

What we’re looking for

• A graduate or someone pursuing/completed CA Inter, CMA Inter, or MBA Finance is an added advantage.
• 1–3 years in MIS, accounting, or financial reporting (strong freshers with good Excel skills may also apply)
• Working knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis).
• Sound understanding of accounting basics and financial statements.
• Good communication, attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and willingness to learn
