What You'll Be Doing

As part of our Finance team, you'll:

• Generate invoices for new sales and service renewals using our in-house systems.
• Process and verify Credit Note Requisition Forms and obtain the necessary approvals before issuing credit notes.
• Maintain and organize invoicing and finance documents within shared company repositories.
• Apply and reconcile customer payments accurately and promptly.
• Respond professionally to customer billing and payment enquiries through our ticketing system.
• Assist in monthly and year-end financial closing activities.
• Monitor and maintain accurate Accounts Receivable (AR) and debtor balances.
• Prepare daily bank reconciliation reports and weekly sales reports.
• Work closely with Sales, Customer Support, and other internal departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Support finance-related projects and perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the Head of Department or Managing Director.

• A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Good numerical and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
• Good communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• A responsible and dependable work ethic.
• The ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience in Accounts Receivable, billing, collections, or finance administration.
• Familiarity with accounting software, ERP systems, or ticketing platforms.
• Experience performing bank reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of SST, invoicing processes, or financial compliance requirements.
• Experience working in the ICT, technology, cloud, or services industry.
