Finance Executive

Responsibilities

• Keep accurate records for all daily/Weekly transactions
• Process invoices & Bills
• Record accounts payable and accounts receivable in accounting software
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
• Reconcile bank statements
• Assist with budget preparation (i.e cash flow planning, p&l)
• Resolve financial disputes raised by the customers
• Supporting the Finance Manager and executives with projects and tasks when required
• Chase the customer for their outstanding invoices via call or emails.

Requirements and skills

• Work experience as an Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk
• Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures
• Familiarity with finance regulations
• Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors
• Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, Xero, etc..)
• Organization skills
• Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
• Degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field
