Finance Executive

Responsibilities

• Process payment received from customers into the Account Receivable ERP system
• Communicate actively with local distributors, key corporate accounts, and international buyers regarding overdue payments
• Solve billing dispute with business unit / shipping department
• E-invoice compliance
• Consignment reconciliation report weekly, monthly
• Preparation of bank reconciliation, creditor reconciliations, journals and inter company reconciliation.
• Maintain Fixed Asset register timely, completely and accurately. Asset classification and depreciation computation are prepared in accordance with Corporate Finance policy.
• Prepare and ensure daily and monthly reports (internal and corporate submissions) are timely and accurate.
• Support auditors and legal authorities with the execution of required activities.
• Assist in any other projects and ad-hoc assignments.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Team player with positive attitude, reliable & responsible.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Working experience in Account Receivable in manufacturing environment would be an added advantage.
