Finance Executive

Maintain full set of accounts and ensure timely month-end and year-end closing.

Prepare monthly financial reports (P&L and Balance Sheet).

Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.

Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.

Process monthly payroll,including staff claims reimbursements.

Coordinate annualexternal audits and prepare audit schedules and supporting documentation.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory requirements and internal control procedures.

Flexi-hours / Work from home arrangement can be considered

REQUIREMENTS

Diploma in Accountancyor related discipline.

Experience managing fullset accounts, payroll and GST reporting.

Experience supporting external audits and statutory submissions.

Prior experience in the childcare industry

will be preferred.

Proficient in MicrosoftExcel and accounting software such as

QuickBooks

preferred.

High level of integrity and professionalism when handling confidential information.
