Finance Executive

About the role

A Finance Executive role managing and monitoring the company's financial transactions, including vendor payments, journal entries, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the company's financial transactions.
• Prepare payments to vendors, suppliers, and other related parties.
• Record journal entries and perform bank reconciliations.
• Ensure the completeness and accuracy of financial documentation.
• Assist in monthly and yearly financial closing activities.
• Prepare financial reports and supporting schedules.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding financial and administrative matters.
• Support tax-related processes in compliance with applicable regulations.

About you

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Fresh graduated welcome to apply.
• Strong understanding of Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and cash flow management.
• Knowledge of taxation regulations is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and analytical.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Good spoken and written English
