Finance Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy of data and verify payment details prior to processing in a timely manner.
• Arrange and prepare online payments for Director’s approval.
• Perform data entry for invoices and payment transactions in QNE accounting software.
• Liaise with relevant stakeholders (e.g., overseas department personnel) to resolve discrepancies or incomplete supporting documents.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve issues from regional departments.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of records.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accountancy, or equivalent qualification.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and accounting software (e.g., AutoCount).
• Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (Mandarin is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, such as China-based logistics partners).
• 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable (regional exposure is an added advantage).
• Meticulous with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Able to meet tight deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
