Hiring: AI Trainer – Fresher

We are looking for motivated freshers to join our team as AI Trainers. In this role, you will help train and improve AI systems by reviewing AI-generated responses, providing feedback, labeling data, and creating high-quality examples.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate AI-generated responses
• Identify incorrect, irrelevant, or low-quality answers
• Write and improve prompts and responses
• Label and categorize text/data for AI training
• Fact-check information when required
• Provide clear feedback to help improve AI performance
• Follow project guidelines and maintain high accuracy

Requirements

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Good written English and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic understanding of AI tools such as ChatGPT is preferred
• Good research and analytical skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Basic computer and internet knowledge

Qualification

Graduate / Undergraduate / Final-year students can apply.
