What they need
Bookkeeping & Records: Maintain accurate general ledgers, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial vouchers.
Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
Reconciliations: Perform regular bank, cash, and vendor account reconciliations.
Compliance & Audits: Ensure timely adherence to tax filings and coordinate with external auditors.
Budgeting & Cash Flow: Monitor expenses, track budget utilization, and support cash flow planning.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
Experience: 1 to 3+ years of experience in an accounting or finance operational role.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Tally).
Competencies: Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and a solid understanding of financial regulations
