Finance Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting transactions, including purchase, sales, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
• Maintain and update ledgers, vouchers, invoices, bills, and supporting financial documents.
• Perform bank reconciliation, ledger reconciliation, and account verification on a regular basis.
• Prepare and maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Verify invoices, bills, payment requests, and supporting documents before processing.
• Monitor outstanding payments and receivables and coordinate with concerned departments/vendors.
• Support GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory accounting/compliance activities.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Coordinate with auditors and provide required financial records and supporting documents.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records for audit and future reference.
• Identify accounting discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
• Prepare MIS reports and other financial reports as required by management.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, approval processes, and accounting procedures.
• Coordinate with banks, vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders regarding accounting and payment-related matters.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
