Job Summary

We are looking for a Finance Executive with 3–5 years of relevant experience to support day-to-day financial operations, cash-flow management, MIS, budgeting, vendor payments, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Experience in the real estate or construction industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day finance and accounting activities.
• Prepare and monitor daily/weekly/monthly financial MIS and reports.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow planning.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable and ensure timely payments and collections.
• Review vendor invoices, payment requests, and supporting documents.
• Perform bank, ledger, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
• Monitor project-wise expenses and assist in cost tracking and analysis.
• Coordinate with Accounts, Projects, Procurement, Sales, and other departments regarding financial matters.
• Track receivables, outstanding payments, and cash requirements.
• Assist in preparation of monthly financial reports and management reports.
• Support management with financial analysis and variance analysis.
• Monitor budgets versus actual expenses and highlight significant variances.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and other financial institutions as required.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal financial controls.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely completion of assigned finance activities.
• Support senior management in financial planning and decision-making.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
• Experience in Real Estate / Construction will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting.
• Experience with ERP/accounting software.
• Good understanding of reconciliations, MIS, budgeting, cash flow, and financial analysis.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple activities and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
