Finance Executive

Role Summary

LMTEQ is hiring a Finance Executive to manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations, with strong hands-on experience in Zoho Books and Zoho Payroll .

The role will involve managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, vendor reconciliation, bank reconciliation, payroll coordination, employee expense management, and finance-related reporting .

Candidates with prior experience in the IT/Technology services industry will be preferred, as the role requires an understanding of finance operations within a technology-driven business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities using Zoho Books
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) including vendor invoices, payment tracking, and vendor records
• Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and customer invoicing
• Perform bank, vendor, and account reconciliations
• Manage and maintain finance and accounting records accurately
• Handle Zoho Payroll and coordinate monthly payroll processing
• Maintain employee salary and payroll-related records
• Coordinate employee travel and reimbursement expenses
• Support monthly closing and finance reporting activities
• Assist with audit-related documentation and finance requirements
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for finance-related activities
• Prepare and maintain finance trackers and reports using MS Excel

Skills & Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Finance/Accounts operations
• Hands-on experience in Zoho Books – Mandatory
• Hands-on experience in Zoho Payroll – Preferred/Mandatory
• Previous experience in the IT/Technology/Software services industry – Mandatory
• Good understanding of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Experience in invoice processing and reconciliation
• Good knowledge of payroll processing and employee salary records
• Good proficiency in MS Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and coordination skills
• B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification preferred
