Finance Executive

Financial Transactions:
Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, processing, and recording accounts payable data, and recording incoming payments.

Record Keeping:
Ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping of financial transactions and documents.

Data Entry and Processing:
Entering and processing financial data into the accounting system accurately and timely.

Transaction Recording:
Recording and processing all business transactions, including sales, purchases, receivables, payables, and cash.

Reconciliation: Calculating and reconciling customer/supplier account balances.

Financial Reporting:
Preparing/ Assisting in preparing  financial statements, reports, and analyses for management.

Budgeting and Forecasting: Assisting with budgeting and forecasting processes

Compliance: Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and reporting standards.

Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process improvement and streamlining  financial operations.

2 Years related working experience will be an added advantage.

All other day to day Finance related operation duties.
