Finance Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting and finance operations.
• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers and receipts.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and management accounts.
• Monitor project costs, expenses and budgets.
• Handle project billing, progress claims and subcontractor payments.
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with clients.
• Assist with cash flow planning and financial analysis.
• Assist with audit, tax and statutory matters.
• Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.
• Perform other finance and accounting duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Relevant experience in accounting/finance; construction industry experience is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
• Good communication, analytical and organisational skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible and able to work independently.
