Position Summary

NexusIQ Solutions is looking for a motivated MBA Finance fresher to join our Finance & Accounts team. The candidate will support day-to-day finance operations, invoicing, reconciliations, MIS reporting, and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
• Prepare and verify customer invoices and vendor bills.
• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) activities.
• Perform bank, customer, and vendor reconciliations.
• Track receivables, payables, expenses, and payments.
• Prepare monthly MIS and management reports.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Support GST, TDS, audit, and statutory compliance activities.
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams, customers, vendors, and external consultants.
• Support the Finance Manager/CFO in financial analysis and other assigned activities.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Accounting and Finance fundamentals.
• Good MS Excel skills – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, etc.
• Basic understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
• Good analytical and numerical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of Zoho Books / ERP / accounting software is an advantage.

MBA / PGDM – Finance-- any students who have already graduated and are currently seeking employment opportunities.
