Job Title: Finance Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Executive with hands-on experience in Tally and day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial documentation, reconciliations, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions using Tally.

• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

• Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, payment records, and expense statements.

• Perform bank and account reconciliations.

• Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

• Prepare basic financial reports and MIS statements as required.

• Coordinate with internal teams for payments, billing, and accounting-related queries.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (B.Com preferred).

• Hands-on working knowledge of Tally/Tally Prime is mandatory.

• Good understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.

• Knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, and bank reconciliation.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic financial reporting.

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates with relevant experience in accounting and finance operations.

• Immediate joiners or candidates available to join within 7–10 days.

• Comfortable working from home initially and transitioning to the office thereafter.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
