Job Summary:- We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance & Accounts Executive to support the Finance Manager in day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, taxation, compliance, cash flow management, and financial operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting and finance operations, good knowledge of statutory compliance and taxation, and the ability to manage financial records accurately and within deadlines. Exposure to international transactions, foreign currency payments, or multi-country operations will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Handle day-to-day accounting activities, including recording sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including vendor/customer ledger maintenance and reconciliation.
• Prepare and maintain bank, cash, and ledger reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance, including maintaining relevant documents and records.
• Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, expense reports, and other finance-related reports as required by the Finance Manager.
• Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate with clients/customers for payment follow-ups and collections, including visiting clients/customers for payment collection whenever required.
• Assist with banking activities, cash flow management, international payments, and foreign currency transactions as required.
• Support the Finance Manager during audits, financial analysis, budgeting, documentation, and other finance-related activities.

Requirements:-

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
• Experience in bank reconciliation, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software/ERP.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Experience with international or foreign currency transactions will be an added advantage.
