Finance Executive

Job Responsibilities

Handle daily accounting operations, including accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).

Process invoices, payment requests, staff reimbursements, and business-related expense claims.

Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.

Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and management accounts.

Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Assist with statutory compliance requirements.

Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, banks, and relevant stakeholders.

Maintain accurate accounting records and proper documentation.

Provide general finance and accounting support as required.

Perform other finance-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

Good understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

Familiarity with accounting software would be an advantage.

Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese.

Strong numerical aptitude, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.

Good organisational and time-management skills.

Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
