Finance Executive

·       Factory Cost & Consumption Management: Manage consumption baselines (per unit input) at the factory, including direct labor, utilities (fuel & power), manufacturing overheads (MOH), and auxiliary materials.

·       Budgeting & Forecasting: Budgeting for Great Wall Motor (GWM) factory expenses, including Malaysian local staff, Chinese expatriates, and production support teams.

·       Prepare annual and monthly budgets for factory processing fees (toll fees), KD (Knocked-Down) kits, and localized components.

·       Fixed Asset Management: Maintain GWM’s fixed asset ledgers and conduct regular asset stocktakes at the factorty.

·       SAP Procurement Accounting: Perform standard procurement accounting, goods receipts (GR/IR), and invoice verification for KD kits and localized parts in the SAP system.

·       Inventory Control & Monitoring: Monitor and record inventory movements for defective parts and replenishment/replacement parts to ensure data accuracy.

·        Stocktaking & Auditing: Organize periodic physical counts for plant assets and inventories (including raw materials, WIP, and finished goods) in accordance with corporate policies to ensure book and physical balances.

·       Management Reporting: Prepare all operational management reports, cost variance analyses, and financial dashboards related to the plant's activities.

·       Claims & Billing Management: Review and verify confirmation letters for abnormal/defective part claims, and coordinate with the Accounts Receivable (AR) accountant for billing and invoicing.
