Job Description – Accounts Executive (Healthcare Diagnostics)

Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reconciliations, GST compliance, vendor payments, and MIS reporting for our diagnostic centre.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting and entries using Tally.
• Manage GST-related documentation, calculations, and compliance support.
• Perform bank reconciliation statements (BRS) and bank reconciliations.
• Process vendor payments and maintain vendor accounts.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial statements.
• Monitor financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Reconcile transactions and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with internal teams for bills, invoices, and payment approvals.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate in Commerce, B.Com, or a related field.
• Experience in Tally, GST, BRS, bank reconciliation, and vendor payments.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Healthcare or diagnostics industry experience will be an added advantage.
