Finance Executive - Commercial Building

Job Summary:
Responsible for managing site finance operations for a commercial building, including budget monitoring, cost control, financial reporting, and MIS preparation. Ensure timely tracking of expenses, vendor-related financial documentation, and adherence to site financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor site budgets and expenses.
• Prepare and maintain cost sheets and financial trackers.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports as per site requirements.
• Track vendor invoices, payments, and cost allocations.
• Support financial planning, budgeting, and cost control activities.
• Maintain financial records and ensure data accuracy.
• Coordinate with corporate finance and site operations teams for financial reporting and audits.

Qualification: Graduate in Commerce/Finance with min. 3 years of experience in commercial building site finance, MIS reporting, and budget management. Proficiency in MS Excel is preferred.
