Job Summary

Ferromonk Steel Structures Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented MBA Finance fresher to support day-to-day finance operations, financial reporting, expense tracking, and MIS preparation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly financial and MIS reports.
• Maintain records of company expenses, vendor payments, customer receipts, and outstanding balances.
• Coordinate with the Accounts and Purchase departments for invoice verification and payment processing.
• Assist in bank reconciliation and maintaining financial transaction records.
• Support budgeting, cost analysis, and expense monitoring.
• Assist with GST, TDS documentation, and other finance-related activities.
• Prepare Excel reports and maintain accurate financial data.
• Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned by senior management.

Required Skills

• MBA Finance / PGDM Finance.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial management.
• Good command of MS Excel and data management.
• Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and bank reconciliation.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to learn and work in a team.
