WE ARE HIRING | Finance Executive

Location: Aundh, Pune
Experience: Minimum 5 Years
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Industry: Construction / Engineering / EPC

Key Responsibilities

• Handle bill booking and accounting entries for vendor invoices.
• Verify bills against purchase orders, work orders, and supporting documents.
• Process vendor payments and maintain payment records.
• Manage accounts payable and vendor ledger reconciliation.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for bill verification and payment follow-ups.
• Maintain invoices, payment vouchers, and financial documentation.
• Assist with bank reconciliation and outstanding payment tracking.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance and accounting.
• Strong knowledge of bill booking and vendor payment processing.
• Working knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
• Good documentation, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Construction, engineering, or EPC industry experience preferred.

Qualification

B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification in finance and accounting.
