Finance Executive

What you'll be doing

• Responsible for the full spectrum of accounting and billing functions, including preparation of financial statements, bank reconciliation, revenue and cost analysis, billing and collections, insurance claims, and maintaining accurate accounting records

• Manage monthly and daily cash flow, including internal billing to doctors and preparation of doctor fee schedules

• Handle patient billing, monitor outstanding payments, and follow up on collections

• Ensure timely processing of payments to suppliers, utilities, and statutory bodies

• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and management reports to support financial planning and decision-making

• Monitor hospital revenue, operating expenses, departmental costs, and financial performance to support budgeting and cost-control initiatives

• Oversee system data accuracy and ensure timely document approvals and sign-offs

• Support internal and external audits by preparing the necessary financial records, reconciliations, and supporting documents.

What we're looking for

• Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• Minimum 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is preferred for this position
• Ability to openly and effectively communicate with all associates
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Proven experience in a senior finance role with a strong background in financial management and reporting
