Finance Executive

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Executive to support the company's financial operations, reporting, budgeting, and analysis activities. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of accounting principles and finance processes and be capable of working in a fast-paced business environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Monitor cash flow and support treasury functions.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights for management decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and external stakeholders when required.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance financial efficiency.

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in Finance and Accounting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience in AP, AR, GL, reconciliations, and month-end closing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial systems/ERP software.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
