Finance Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle complete Accounts Receivable (AR) / O2C (Order to Cash) cycle.
• Generate and manage invoices in Zoho Books.
• Track outstanding payments and follow up with clients for collections.
• Maintain accurate customer ledgers and account reconciliations.
• Prepare AR aging reports and MIS reports for management review.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding billing discrepancies and payment issues.
• Ensure timely payment processing and cash flow tracking.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain financial records, documentation, and audit-related data.
• Monitor revenue entries and ensure accounting compliance.
• Assist in improving finance processes and internal controls.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) and O2C processes.
• Hands-on experience with Zoho Books.
• Good understanding of invoicing, reconciliation, and collections.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
• Experience in expert network, consulting, or service-based companies is an added advantage.
